Event Booking Terms & Conditions (Paul’s of Pershore)
1. General
These terms apply to all bookings made via paulsofpershore.co.uk. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase
- All tickets are subject to availability.
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Tickets are only valid for the event, date and time shown.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled or significantly changed by Paul’s of Pershore.
- If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.
- For private parties or group bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Event Changes
- We reserve the right to make changes to events (such as line-up of wines, food pairings or start times) due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If substantial changes are made, you will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Admission
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy – please bring valid photo ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.
- Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies.
6. Liability
- Paul’s of Pershore accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property while attending our events.
- Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
