Paul’s of Pershore – 2026 Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Members for the 2026 Membership period (valid until 31 December 2026).

1. Membership Types

Members may join using:

  • Monthly Membership: £10 per month via Direct Debit or Standing Order
  • Annual Membership: £100 for the full 2026 calendar year

Membership fees are non-transferable.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly Members

  • Payments must be maintained each month for benefits to remain active.
  • Membership may be cancelled at any time; benefits remain valid until the end of the paid month.

Annual Members

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
  • Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated.

3. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits include (but are not limited to):

  • 10% off take-home wines
  • Members’ Monthly Wine Offer
  • £5 corkage on retail bottles
  • Priority booking for tastings and masterclasses
  • Access to Member-only events
  • Early access to Quarterly Wine Boxes
  • £5 off most ticketed tastings
  • Complimentary welcome fizz at the Annual Member Party
  • Birthday perks and Member-exclusive updates

Benefits may be updated or modified throughout the year to improve Member experience.

4. Using Your Membership

  • Members may be asked to show their Member Card when redeeming benefits.
  • Benefits are for the named Member only and cannot be transferred.

5. Event Bookings

  • Members receive early access to events but early access does not guarantee availability.
  • Discounts apply only to eligible events, as listed on the website.

6. Cancellation

  • Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time by emailing contact@paulsofpershore.co.uk.
  • Annual memberships cannot be cancelled after activation.

7. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
We only store the information required to administer your membership.

8. Fair Use

Paul’s of Pershore reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership if:

  • Benefits are being misused
  • Repeated non-payment occurs
  • Behaviour in the venue breaches our guest conduct policy

This would always follow a discussion with the Member.
