By using the booking system provided by Paul's of Pershore Ltd, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the booking system.

2. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made through our online booking platform or by contacting the restaurant directly.
The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the restaurant.

3. Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended to guarantee seating, especially during peak hours.
We reserve the right to allocate specific tables based on availability and group size. 

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel or amend your booking within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be determined by the management and may vary based on the circumstances. 

5. Late Arrival

If you are running late for your booking, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your booking time.
After 15 minutes, we reserve the right to release the table to waiting customers. 

6. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 6 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.
Group bookings may be subject to a deposit or pre-payment to secure the reservation.
The deposit amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking. 

7. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your booking, including the number of guests or special requests, must be communicated to the restaurant in advance.
We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability. 

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of managing your booking.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

9. Limitation of Liability

Paul's of Pershore Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the booking system or the services provided therein.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

11. Changes to Terms

Paul's of Pershore Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through the booking system.
By using our booking system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
